Microsoft Cloud Marketing on social media
The challenge: Customer stories had always been hard to promote on social media. That's what I was told by social media managers in the Microsoft Cloud Marketing ecosystem. Stakeholders would provide post copy that wasn't social-first, as the low performance showed. My goal was to make the messaging more human and relatable. With this approach and the creative team's efforts, we succeeded in raising customer story social engagements by 50% from the previous year.
Northwest Children's Fund case study
The challenge: After a major rebranding, a digital events company located in Redmond, WA was looking to promote its services under a new name while demonstrating its decades' worth of industry expertise. The company's partnership with a well-respected nonprofit was a prime opportunity to showcase its core capabilities. I worked with a designer to incorporate the new branding for a one-page case study that we could send to prospective clients.
